Pre-Dinner Tonic, Evening Snack And Dinner Recipes
- Apple Cider Vinegar Beauty Upgrade
- Restore Your Radiance Pearl Replenisher
- Fat-Burning Vegetable Soup
Apple Cider Vinegar Beauty Upgrade
- 12 oz still or sparkling spring water
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries (your choice)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp raw organic honey or stevia to taste
- Dash of liquid silica
- 1/2 tbsp schizandra powder
- Blend all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
- Enjoy 30 minutes before a meal.
Fat-Burning Vegetable Soup
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 to 3 clove garlic, or to taste, chopped
- 1 to 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 64 oz vegetable broth or a combination of 32 oz (ounces) broth and 32 oz water
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
- 3 to 3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 3 to 4 stalks celery, diced
- 1 sweet or hot pepper of your choice (optional)
- 4 tsp dried Italian seasoning (basil, rosemary, oregano, and thyme)
- 1 to 2 tsp freshly grated ginger root
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 to 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- In a large saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic in the coconut oil over medium heat until they are soft.
- Add the broth, tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, celery, optional pepper, Italian seasoning, ginger, and black pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer the soup for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are just turning soft.
- Add the parsley in the final few minutes of cooking, and adjust the seasoning as desired.
Restore Your Radiance Pearl Replenisher
- 12 oz chamomile tea, warm
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp pearl powder
- 1/2 tsp Mucuna pruriens powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- Blend all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender and serve in the evening.
